For the Outdoor Barrel Sauna wood-structure coverage, email a photo showing its roofed or covered installation to support@valorarecovery.com within 7 days of installation, and include your order number. The contact form does not accept photo uploads.

Coverage begins on the carrier-confirmed delivery date and is governed by the Valora 5-3-1 Shield Warranty, subject to applicable law. If the form does not appear below, email your registration details to support@valorarecovery.com.
